This 6-week class is designed to help you build a strong foundation for long-term health and wellness.

Over six weeks, we’ll focus on practical nutrition education, building healthy daily habits, and supportive wellness practices that promote longevity, balance, and overall well-being. 

Each session offers education, discussion, and guidance for your own personal journey.

Who This Class Is For

  • Anyone wanting to feel healthier and more confident

  • People managing energy, weight, or lifestyle changes

  • Beginners or those returning to movement

Class Details​

  • When: Once a week for 6 weeks starting April 7th, 2026

  • Time: 60 minutes per session

  • Where: Online only

  • Cost: $150 for the full 6-week series; per-class fee $30
    (Early registration $120 if booked 2 weeks in advance)

Welcome & Check-In (5 minutes)

Greetings and introduction, summary of class objectives, participant updates or questions

 

Wellness & Longevity Education (25 minutes)
Clear, practical education focused on nutrition, metabolism, lifestyle habits, and chronic disease prevention

 

Nutrition Tips and Strategies (15 minutes)
Real-life strategies for balanced meals, blood sugar support, label reading, meal planning, and sustainable nutrition choices

Healthy Habits & Lifestyle Practices (10 minutes)
Daily routines that support longevity, including sleep, stress management, hydration, movement for daily living, and consistency

Wrap-Up & Weekly Practice (5 minutes)
Questions, reflection, and one small habit to focus on during the week

Nutrition, movement for daily living, sleep, and stress reduction strategies

Week 5: Stress, Inflammation & Recovery
Supporting the nervous system, reducing inflammation, and improving immunity and resilience

Week 6: Creating Your Personal Longevity Plan
Developing a personal plan with steps toward success
